What we collect. The PDF you upload, the e-mail address you give us, and the payment record created by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and handles your card details; we never see them).
What we do with the PDF. It is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to produce your report, under terms that do not allow it to be used for training. If the first attempt fails it may be sent again, up to three times. Your PDF is deleted from our storage as soon as the report is ready (if the report cannot be produced, at the latest 7 days after upload).
Your report. It is e-mailed to you as a PDF attachment: that copy is yours to keep. The online version at its private link is deleted 7 days after delivery, or 30 days if the e-mail could not be delivered. Report pages are marked so that search engines do not index them. To settle payment disputes we keep, for 180 days, only the order number and the dates of payment and delivery, without your name, e-mail or document.
E-mail. We send you the report link and, if you ask, a lawyer referral. No newsletters unless you opt in.
Service providers. Cloudflare (hosting and storage, EU and worldwide), Anthropic (document analysis), Resend (e-mail delivery, EU region), Lemon Squeezy (payment, merchant of record). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Your rights. Write to hello@clearnota.com to have your report and data deleted at any time.
